| Abstract | Harris Corporation has been awarded a contract valued at more than $20 million by Speer Communications Limited to provide advanced radio and television broadcast and production systems for Speer's new multimedia complex in Nashville, Tennessee. Under the contract, Harris will help Speer design the operation and provide the all-serial component, digital production and broadcast systems including the master control centers, production control rooms, editing suites, transmission control facility and others. Harris also will provide mobile production and news gathering systems for field production. |
