| Abstract | According to Guangzhou's development plan of information industry, increased value of information industry in Guangzhou will reach 190 billion RMB yuan by the year 2010. To reach the planned goals, Guangzhou's investment in the development of information industry in the 15 years after 1996 will account for 10% of the total fixed assets investment. Stepped-effort will be made to attract overseas capital to invest in projects which are suitable for foreign investment. Major cooperation partners will be selected from developed countries and regions in Europe and America. |
