| Abstract | Of late, Hangzhou Municipal People's Bank has decided to internetwork credit card systems of various industries by making use of public data network owned by P&T sectors for the purpose of implementing the universal saving deposit & cash payment among various types of credit cards, namely Golden Card Project. When the networking is plain sailing, Hangzhou will possibly open the universal saving deposits & cash payment services at the end of 1996. The credit card holders will be able to get cash via automated teller machines (ATMs) of any banks in China. |
