| Abstract | With a total of 1.12 billion RMB yuan invested in fixed assets of PT sector, telecommunications of Fushun city in Northeast China witnessed rapid development during the Eighth Five-Year Plan period (1991-1995). Fushun has been connected with the SDH transmission network centered on Shenyang. Program-controlled switching equipment and optic-fiber transmission were made available to all townships of the city. |
