| Abstract | In October 1996, Gulfstream Aircraft Incorporated's first-ever Hong Kong office was opened. The Vice Chairman, Bryan Moss talks about the firm's plan in this article. As his says, they are not new to Asia. There are lots of their planes operating in the region and they have had an office in Singapore for the five or six years before 1996, but they really thought it was time to move into Hong Kong, another strategic area. One of the reasons for this is quite naturally Chek Lap Kok airport which, when completed, will be able to provide the time and space necessary to bring corporate jets into this most corporate of cities, especially the potential market in China. |
