| Abstract | A briefing session was held by the School Management Initiative (SMI) Section on 4 November 1993 specially for principals of the government schools participating in the third phase of the SMI Scheme. The objective of the meeting was to familiarize principals with the major work of the school in the first two years after joining the Scheme. Mrs Fung Choi Yuk-ngan, principal of Shaukeiwan Secondary School, shared her experience in joining the New Scheme. She expressed her views on SMI Scheme, mission statement, advisory council and programe plan, School Planning/Staff Development Day and reference materials of the school. |
