| Abstract | This article introduces Jimmy Siu who is well known in Melbourne's Chinatown. He is also a familiar face at the city's Crown Casino. He is a reformed character, an astute businessman who is concentrating on the expansion of his successful chain of Chinese restaurants in Australia and looking to establish business links with mainland China. He is, however, still prone to more than an occasional gambling session and his ties to the casino circuit remain strong, as he is also a part-time junket operator. |
