| Abstract | Mr Brian Knight, an Honorary Research Fellow of the University of Exeter, has conducted a workshop on "A New Look at the Budgetary Process" for school heads and senior teachers of School Management Initiative (SMI) schools on 3 November 1993 and 5 November 1993. The workshop has introduced concepts for the applications of the budgetary process which are further explained in this article. |
