| Abstract | The former Shui Hing Department Store, in Tsim Sha Tsui, is undergoing partial redevelopment into a high end retail space for clothing company Joyce Boutique. To give the building a greater presence on Nathan Road, the facade on levels one to three has been replaced with a three-storey frameless glass wall, allowing for better natural lighting within the building and also serving to display the shop's interior and a billboard-size promotional image simultaneously. |
