| Abstract | In an effort to lure more tourists from Taiwan and South Korea, the Australian Tourist Commission has devised a wide range of measures tailored for each respective country, but with a few common goals. These included the implementation of new promotional programmes; the establishment of a special taskforce to lobby for action to crackdown on unlicensed tour guides and inbound tour operators; and to develop and market a wider range of destinations and products to Taiwanese and Korean travellers. |
