AbstractA part of human nature is this difference between what people often say they want to do, and what they really will do. Hong Kong's quality pundits call this the "credibility gap." In every corporation, there is a gap between the corporation's vision of what it wants to do and what it is actually doing - it's called the "vision gap." It is not possible to count the number of times managers have complained that doing the vision bit is easy; the implementation is what's almost impossible. Also there are two types of people in Hong Kong companies - builders and critics. TQM Consultants Company Limited may be able to show the difference.
