Abstract | In the implementation of the School Management Initiative (SMI), the school places its emphasis on the participation of the colleagues, planning of work to be done and bringing about the right atmosphere. Acting on this principle, the school first set up a co-ordinating committee, inviting teachers of different seniority and subjects to join in assisting the implementation of the SMI scheme. Prior to the implementation of each scheme, it is hoped that teachers could have an opportunity of participation and airing their views which would be collected by responsible colleagues. |
