| Abstract | Hong Kong is leading the way in training the hotel staff of the future through its Hotel Industry Training Program organised by the Vocational Training Council. Training is carried out at the centres in Pok Fu Lam and Kowloon Bay. The two centres do everything they can to recreate the experience of a genuine working hotel for the students. |
