| Abstract | The development of Hong Kong's Container Terminal 9 (CT9) will go ahead at full speed following a re-arrangement of the roles to be played by the various consortiums originally awarded the contracts to develop and operate the terminal's four berths. Construction of CT9 will start early 1997 and the first berth is scheduled to be completed by mid-1999. |
