| Abstract | China will help Africa dig up its buried wealth, according to the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources (MGMR). To develop mineral resources in China, experts suggest that the country should improve its investment environment, work out regulations governing the introduction of foreign funds in this sector, and intensify co-operation with the world's major mining and oil companies. |
