| Abstract | Employees at the new airport at Chek Lap Kok will be given priority in the provision of Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) flats and Public Rental Housing (PRH) flats in Tung Chung New Town (Phase 1). Five HOS blocks and three PRH blocks are now under construction in the area which the Housing Authority considers the most convenient residential area for people who will be employed at the new airport. |
