| Abstract | Hong Kong will remain the region's main storage and distribution hub if for no other reason than by default; competitors just aren't up to speed and won't be for some time, according to Collier Jardine's regional service director Paul Anderson. Anderson believes Hong Kong's success as a regional distribution centre has been derived largely from China's economic growth, which has fuelled the territory's re-export industry. The improving China economy will therefore feed through Hong Kong, and its position in the region will at the same time be secured. |
