Article TitleHongkong growth to rebound in 1997.
Is Part OfThe executive ; v.17, no.8, Aug 1996, p.26, illus.
AbstractAccording to a detailed research report just published by NatWest Markets' head of economic research for Northeast Asia, Charles Li, China will be out to prove that Hongkong can prosper at the same rate as it did under British rule, if not even better after June 1997. Even without the 1997 handover, Hongkong's economy would still have become increasingly integrated with the Chinese economy through trade and investment.
