| Abstract | The Woman's Business Owners Club (WBOC) was set up six years ago in order to create an environment which would promote the interests of women in business. With meetings and seminars designed to encourage and foster traits such as independence, vision, creativity, risk taking and ambition, the club appeals to a wide range of women, from those who are in general business to those who are running their own company. In particular, the club aims to promote women as entrepreneurs and increase their skills in business. The profiles of the five members of WBOC are presented in this article. |
