| Abstract | A meeting recently held in Wuxi, Jiangsu, enabled a number of textile enterprises with autonomous export rights to "exchange experience". Autonomous export rights were first granted to textile enterprises during the 8th Five Year Plan period, 1990-95, and progress has since been rapid, with excellent results in terms of foreign market exploration and relations with buyers. |
