Abstract | Wool fabrics are among the most attractive textile goods, yet the wool textile mills of China face a woeful situation. This is partly from the shortage of raw material. Also, after inspecting 42 major and state-run woollen mills in China, the International Wool Bureau found their inefficiency, and the disparity between the workers' productivity, to be shocking. |
