| Abstract | A look at the redevelopment scheme for the Home of Loving Faithfulness, a rehabilitation centre in Fanling. The design of the extension posed two major challenges for the architects: the effective integration of part of the existing building into the new complex and the functional design of composite accomodation for two types of occupants with distinctly different requirements, one of which is still very much the subject of continuing research. |
