| Abstract | The prizes for the 2nd Design Award for Building & Open Spaces Most Accessible to Disabled Persons in Hong Kong were presented to the winners on 3rd December 1995 at Water World, Ocean Park. The main objective of this award were to promote the awareness of the public that provision of suitable access facilities can help considerably towards the greater independence of disabled persons in their everyday lives and their integration with the rest of the community and, encourage and give recognition to the concerned developers and architects for their initiative and fore-thought. |
