| Abstract | The recent 1995 Mini Autumn Linen Textile Trade Fair in Zhuhai, Guangdong, recorded business totalling only US$8.8 million. During January-May 1995 imports from China into Hong Kong of bast yarn and fabrics fell by 45% and 23% respectively from the same period of 1994. The export quota utilisation for garments made of linen fabrics also diminished. |
