| Abstract | Output of cotton yarn in January-March 1995 from the state-run textile mills again overshot the target at 6,104,400 bales, 3.2% more than in the same period of 1994 and 0.4% over the target. The national total including output from the rural textile mills reached 6,436,900 bales, 1.4% over the target and representing a surplus of 341,900 bales. |
