| Abstract | Hong Kong's coloration industry is a close partner of the clothing industry. As one of the largest clothing exporter in the world, Hong Kong has become renowned as an efficient producer, particularly in high volume base terms. However the growth of local clothing production has slowed significantly since the 1980s, in face of a number of challenges which have blunted the industry's manufacturing edge. |
