| Abstract | Cotton Council International (CCI) launched their Cotton USA (United States of America) Mark Licensing Program on 22 March 1996, awarding 11 Hong Kong companies licences to use the Cotton USA Quality Mark on their products. In addition, a promotion program aimed at the Hong Kong consumer was announced for April 1996 on the television in Mass Transit Railway (MTR) stations and through advertising in leading magazines and newspapers. |
