| Abstract | A decision reached jointly by the State Economic & Trading Commission, the Bank of China and the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations & Trade provides that the policy adopted to favour foreign trade enterprises during 1988-90 under the contract system will be superseded from 1 January, 1996 by a new regulation. Banks will adopt three different measures, instead of the Three No's under contract system, to handle foreign trade enterprises unable to clear their accumulated losses. |
