Abstract | Currently in the process of rejuvenation, Reader's Digest is planning substantial circulation growth for Asia and has vowed to at least double its advertising revenue in the next three years. According to regional advertising director Peter Jeffery, the opportunities for the English language edition could be the Philippines. For the Chinese edition, it could be Hong Kong and Taiwan. Its strategy for the future is to find new customers using non-traditional means such as direct response TV. |
