| Abstract | Hualon Corp., one of Taiwan's largest producers of synthetic fibre materials, has revised its projected 1994 profits to NT$1,833 million (US$69.7 million) from the NT$968 million predicted earlier, with 1995 profits expected to reach NT$4.7 billion (US$178.7 million). Meanwhile, Lan Fa Textile Co. Ltd announces plans to expand its capacity for production of draw textured yarn by 3,500 tonnes annually. |
