| Abstract | It was announced on 13 May 1996 that the British and Chinese representatives of the Sino-British Joint Liaison Group (JLG) Airport Committee had signed agreed minutes on the provision of ramp handling and aircraft line and base maintenance services at Hong Kong's new airport. The two sides reached a common view on these franchises in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Concerning the Construction of the New Airport in Hong Kong and Related Questions. |
