| Abstract | On 29 April 1996, the Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") announced that it had taken disciplinary action, under the provisions of Section 56 of the Securities Ordinance against Mr Lee Tak-lun. The SFC's action resulted from an investigation into the operations of Grand Securities Company (which ceased business on 7 September 1995) over the period 31 December 1993 to 31 March 1994. |
