| Abstract | System engineering is the study of making the best of technology in order to get the most efficient result, according to Prof. Vincent Yu-sun Lum, chairman of the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Hence, an exhibition, "Systems Engineered City", was held in January 1995 to demonstrate how engineering methods can be applied to solve city problems. |
