| Abstract | This study presents some preliminary findings on the development of a vocabulary test for Hong Kong adults. Item analysis was performed to select items which were considered appropriate to be included inthe list. Thirty-four out of 4108 items were selected. Limitations of the study and implications of its findings were also discussed. |
