| Abstract | Many students agree that satellite TV would provide them an opportunity to broaden their horizons and brush up their language skills. Unfortunately, however, university students who live in hostels are deprived of satellite service. University administrations refuse to install the service in student living quarters, even though they already have installed such services in some staff quarters. |
