| Abstract | As part of the nation-wide battle against poverty, a group of private entrepreneurs are poineering a new plan to help the 65 million rural poor lead a better life. The group use their advanced technology and management skills to help poverty-stricken areas tap local resources. They aim to train 1,000 personnel, implement 100 projects and develop 10 natural resources for poor areas each year until the end of the 21st century. |
