| Abstract | Acne vulgaries is a chronic self-limiting multifactorial skin disorder of the pilosebaceous units, seen primarily in adolescents. Understanding the pathogenesis is vital for the development of a logical approach to its treatment. Similarly, an ability to grade acne accurately and consistently is crucial for the management so that appropriate treatment can be tailored according to the disease severity. |
