| Abstract | The best approach to solve the problem of not having enough senior staff to handle the work resulted in the partners in the firm working very long hours doing work that was below their level of ability and the junior staff being frustrated by not having the type of work they had been promised when they joined the firm is on-the-job coaching. Coaching can be defined as the systematic process by which managers encourage staff to enhance their competence and solve their own problems through a process of on-the-job development. |
