| Abstract | The Shanghai stock exchange suspended share trading in six companies for two days on April as "punishment" for incurring losses. The respective managements have been told to reflect on their sins and make public announcements as to why they lost money and what they plan to do about it. One wonders if this might be a portent for the future in Hong Kong. |
