| Abstract | Hong Kong is by far the greatest single market for geoduck, which are flown live daily into the territory in batches weighing thousands of pounds. There are other markets. Vancouver's Chinatown is relatively strong; overseas destinations include Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. But Hong Kong is the one market that can't seem to get enough of them. |
