| Abstract | Chinese Premier Li Peng visited the Republic of Korea in the week of November 4, 1994. His arrived in Seol shortly after the United States and North Korea reached an agreement on the North's nuclear development that could herald further cooperation between Pyongyang and Washington. In turn, this could eventually lead to the normalisation of relations between the two sides, followed by Japan's own move towards establishing full ties with Pyonfyang. |
