| Abstract | Following the Financial Secretary, Donald Tsang's, maiden budget speech, the Hong Kong Society of Accountants held a press briefing. Mr Tim Lui, Chairman of the Taxation Committee, and Mr Antony Ng, the Society's Public Relations Manager, hosted the briefing. Mr Lui gave members of the press an overview of the most important features of the 1996/97 Budget and their ramifications for the economy. |
