| Abstract | Next to Caesar Park Hotel-Kenting in southern Taiwan, a competing luxury hotel is being built by the Howard Investment Group. The five-star, 320-room Howard, due open late next year, will be "double the size of Caesar Park", says Frank Lu, GM of Howard Plaza Taipei. As for location, Lu maintains it was not purposely placed next door to Caesar Park, the land simply became available. |
