| Abstract | Hyatt in Taiwan has lost its prospective hotel in the southern port city of Kaohsiung, but picked up one in Taichung. The potential Grand Hyatt Kaohsiung was seized by creditors after Hui Ming Construction, the owner of the property, failed to pay loan interest payments. Meanwhile, Hyatt is set to manage Park Hyatt Taichung which is planned to be a super five-star hotel. |
