| Abstract | Tim T.L. Lui talks to the author about the pros and cons of incorporation which have been debated widely within the accountancy profession in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Society of Accountants has done - and is doing - a very great deal to encourage those concerned to come to a decision. Guidance and assistance has been the mainstay of the Society's function. "But," says Tim Lui " in the end people will have to decide what they want to do themselves with particular reference to the many positive aspects of incorporation. |
