| Abstract | In his maiden budget presentation, entitled "Building Our Prosperous Future," Financial Secretary Donald Tsang Yam Kuen fundamentally reflected the aspirations of the Hong Kong public. The Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong also considers this budget prudent and firm. However, many of the budget's proposals cannot live up to its title. |
