| Abstract | The telecommunications profession in Hong Kong generates only two per cent of the territory's revenue. But it is the frontier on which everything else rests. Telecommunications used to mean a switch-board and a reception. Nowadays it's shifting to everyone carrying their own highly personalized system with them. They're heavy and often bad for the back. But they're inevitably good for business. |
