| Abstract | The new airport at Chek Lap Kok will be a boon for Hong Kong. At the moment, though, the project is becoming a source of increasing embarrassment. It has become increasingly clear that a variety of abuses has flourished. Even if there is nothing against the imported labour scheme as such, it is difficult to accept the way it has worked in the project. |
