| Abstract | A consensus on the schedule and procedure for the handover of materials, documents and blueprints for defence sites in Hong Kong has been reached. Chinese representative of the Sino-British Joint Liaison Group Chen Zuo'er said the Chinese and British sides of the experts group made the breakthrough at the end of their 19th meeting. |
