| Abstract | The Hang Seng Index has bounded into 1996 going handsprings. But already market regulators have their hands full with new probes and investigations into share dealings and bizarre bulletins from small fry companies. So far Japanese fashion company Iwai's International Holdings takes the proverbial biscuit. Iwai's went public on October 20 with an offer of stock at $1 a time. The prospectus forecast earnings of a little over $20 million for the financial year to March 31 1996. |
